-INSTALL_DIR_NAME doesn't have to be set in the toplevel CMakeLists.txt, since... 

-INSTALL_DIR_NAME doesn't have to be set in the toplevel CMakeLists.txt, since it is already set as target property
-remove some unnecessary code
-use BIN_INSTALL_DIR for the RUNTIME destination
